Jeanne Saphiret/Saphirine Large Filigree Pin Designer Signed Brooch Rare. This amazing vintage silver tone pin was produced by Jeanne and features a large filigree setting set with four oval sapphiret/saphirine stones in the corners along with a cushion cut stone in the center. Saphiret (Victorian) and Saphirine (Victorian Revival) glass is a rare glass that is made by adding gold to the mixture and features stones that shade from blue to a rusty tan color depending upon the light and angle of the brooch.

Measurement is 3 1/2" long and 2 1/8" wide. Signed Jeanne on the back. Really an amazing designer signed pin. Please look at the photos carefully as they are an important part of my description. Most of my pictures are taken with a magnifying lens giving me clear, close up photos.
